Q1: How long is your factory in the auto parts business field?
A1: We have been in this field for nearly 20 years. We are the professional manufacturer and supplier for auto parts.
Q2: What is the MOQ for each item?
A2: If the items we have stock, there is no limitation for MOQ. And normally the MOQ for each item is 300 sets.
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A3: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before delivery.
Q4: Do you give any guarantee for your products?
A4: Yes, we do. Our pads are guaranteed from 30,000km to 50,000km.
Q5: Can I have a sample order?
A5: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q6: Can you produce according to the samples?
A6: Yes, we can produce by your sample or technical drawing. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q7: Can you provide OEM/ODM service?
A7: Yes, we can supply both OEM/ODM service. We have a professional customized service team. We can design your brand packing.
Q8: How about your delivery time?
A8: Generally, samples need 7 working days, and mass products need 45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q9: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A9: Yes, all goods will be 100% test before delivery.
